The biggest mistake going to see the Eagles at Globe Life Field was waiting until their farewell tour to see them live for the first time, ever.
Globe Life Field was packed Saturday evening. As soon as the band hit the stage, they launched into "Hotel California," which I was mildly surprised, but not upset about.
They played all the hits for over two hours, talked very little, which Don Henley cautioned us to expect. He did get the biggest cheers of the night when he said during their set, "It feels good to be home."
