The fashion world knows no end to the number of ridiculous pieces they are willing to sell.
Really there's no leader in the clubhouse for ridiculousness, but Balenciaga is staking its claim with its latest item.
The Spanish fashion house has begun selling a skirt that makes the wearer look they have a bath towel wrapped around their waist. And for the "Towel Skirt," as it's listed on their website, Balenciaga is charging you $925!
The skirt does have buttons on the inside, as well as a hidden belt so you don't have to worry about it falling like you would a regular bath towel. Maybe that's where the extra $920 comes from.
According to Vogue the skirts won't be here in time for the holidays, as Balenciaga is currently just accepting pre-orders.
