It's our sad duty to report that Batman was arrested for DUI. Not the Caped Crusader Bruce Wayne. No, he's still fighting crime in Gotham.
We're talking about 42-year-old Jamal Batman, who was pulled over on suspicion of driving under the influence by officers in Wexford County.
According to UpNorthLive, it was an easy arrest for Michigan police as Batman had an open bottle of tequila in his front seat. We cannot confirm if he was driving the Batmobile at the time.
Batman was hit with four charges, DUI (his THIRD offense), driving with open intoxicants, possession of cocaine, and driving with a revoked license. He's currently being held on $100,000 bond.
Reports are that the court will be bringing in the Joker and Penguin as character witnesses.
