Mick Simpson is a custodian with the Vacaville Unified School District in Vacabille, California.
Simpson is beloved by students, faculty, and staff at Alamo Elementary alike for his passion and dedication towards his job, which includes his hilarious morning announcements where he plays the roles of, amongst others, "Captain Underpants" and the "Crazy Cat Lady."
When he walks the halls of the school, he uses a backpack sprayer full of disinfectant to clean classrooms, all the while he hums the theme from Ghostbusters.
For Simpson, it's all part of a job he loves doing.
He told ABC 10, "Being a positive role model helps these kids. This is the most satisfying part of the job. I don't care about the paycheck."
And Simpson has no plans to slow down any time soon. He says, "It is honestly the most satisfying jobs out of all the millions of jobs I have had in the past."
