Last February, guests at a wedding in Longwood, FL were treated to a little something extra in their lasagna: Weed.
According to ABC 9, many guests felt "staggered and stoned," and some people even thought they were having "heart attacks" according to attendee Miranda Cady.
Unbeknownst to them, the lasagna, along with the brownies, chocolate-covered strawberries, and alcoholic pudding shots all contained marijuana.
The bride Danya Glenny denied having requested the reefer-based recipes, and cops said the catering crew had already left the premises by the time they'd arrive.
However, after a probe, deputies arrested Glenny and caterer Jocelyn Bryant of Jocelyn's Southern Kitchen in connection with the incident. Deputies tied both Glenny and Bryant to the incident through interviews with witnesses and other caterers who served items at the bash.
The women face tampering, delivery of marijuana and negligence raps.
