Today may be the day the #FreeBritney movement has been waiting for.

Later today, Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Brenda Penny is expected to provide an answer to Britney Spears' request to terminate her conservatorship!

The singer wrote in an Instagram post she has since deleted, "This week is gonna be very interesting for me! I haven't prayed for something more in my life."

No significant opposition from anyone is expected at the hearing per WFAA, which sets the door for Judge Penny to "dissolve the legal arrangement." Britney Spears' attorney, her parents, and the court appointees who control the conservatorship have all publicly supported terminating the arrangement.

Judge Penny has not offered any hints on to what she will decide, though legal and bureaucratic hurdles, or lingering concerns over Spears' medical care or finances, could still slow down the end of the conservatorship.
