A burglar broke into a Carrollton business last Sunday, and his heist was captured on surveillance footage. In the video, you can see as he tries to lift a flatscreen television off the wall. Apparently it was heavier than the thief expected because he dropped it on his own head in the process of trying to steal it. Carrollton Police released the film asking the public for help identifying him.
