Molly Yeh is a chef on the Food Network who cooks all sorts of dishes often with a Midwestern flare. While most of her dishes look absolutely delicious, her latest creation has people up in arms with disgust.
Yeh calls the dish a "Crunchy Snap Pea Popcorn Salad," and yes, you use REAL popcorn. In a salad. With mayonnaise.
As Yeh says in the video, the salad is a "riff on an iconic Midwestern dish . . . it's so Midwestern, so quirky, and so delicious."
Unfortunately, a TON of people feel the exact opposite, and are wondering how an abomination like that made it onto the Food Network.
