Connecticut couple Peter and Lisa Marshall have been married for 12 years. Unfortunately a few years ago, Peter was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's, and he can't remember their wedding.
But he still remembers that he's still in love with her.
One day, the couple was watching as wedding on TV when Peter turned to Lisa and said, "Let's do it." According to NBC, Lisa didn't know how to respond but eventually came around to the idea. So, the couple decided to have another wedding.
Unfortunately, Peter's illness is progressing at such a rate, he no longer remembers the vow renewal ceremony from just a couple months ago. But at least he remembers his love for Lisa.
