A New Zealand couple has an interesting strategy to try and get people interested in purchasing their home.
Lawrance Simpson and his wife Clarissa Turner tried to entice potential buyers by posing in and around their home...nude.
The couple purchased the cottage in the foothills of the Southern Alps so Simpson could work for Franz Joseph Glacier Guides as a guide though when the pandemic hit, tourism stopped.
Forced to sell their home and relocate to Queenstown, Simpson and Turner decided to put themselves front and center, literally, to attract potential buyers.
With a strategically placed watering can and a book, Simpson and Turner posed nude while they hung around their home to show off their "relaxed lifestyle."
Simpson told Stuff.co.nz that there has already been a "decent amount of interest" in the home, mainly from Christchurch residents looking for a weekend bolthole, and from folks that were curious as to whether the naked couple came with the house!
