When Tennessee couple Jimmy and Julie Johnson woke up one morning, they found they joined by a big, sweet, and cuddly dog laying next to them in bed.
The only thing was, they had no idea who this dog was.
The Johnsons have three large hounds, but none of them were this beige pooch sprawled out on their mattress.
Through some investigation, the Johnsons found that this dog is named Nala, and she snuck out of her home during a thunderstorm and slipped into the Johnson's bed looking for some place warm to wait out the storm.
Nala was eventually reunited with her parents the Hawkins family, and they and the Johnson's have actually become friends who now meet up often!
Cris Hawkins, one of Nala's owners, wrote on Facebook, "Shame [on] Nala for somehow breaking into a stranger's house and invading their personal space. Thankfully, the couple thought it was hilarious and they aren't even mad about it."
