43-year-old Missy Robinson truly believes hugging helps "heal the body, mind and spirit."
There's no doubt she also believes in the absolute insane killing she's making being employed as a "cuddle therapist."
Clients will pay Robinson up to $1,300 for each session of holding her in their arms, and Robinson contends that this is strictly about therapy, there is NOTHING sexual about her services.
She says per the New York Post, "I am not a sex worker, and I have never had any clients attempt to do anything like that with me."
She does contend that some male clients will get "excited" during their sessions, but nothing ever comes from it. "While there is nothing sexual about it [cuddle therapy], sometimes people do become aroused and get embarrassed, but we just deal with it in a mature way," she said.
"Touch can elicit these responses, it's only natural, but we leave it there."
Robinson believes her sessions have "healing benefits," and offers a wide range of packages for her clientele, most of which are men.
She did have one female customer recently who simply needed a "mommy cuddle."
For a 1-hour cuddle session, clients can expect to pay $65. Her most popular package is a 2-hour cuddle and meal session, which costs $195.
For $1,300, Robinson will cuddle up with a client overnight, holding them in her arms as they drift off to sleep.
