One of the biggest experiences this year on our televisions is garnering an equal amount of attention off of it.
eBay announced they would be pulling all Jeffrey Dahmer-related costumes off their website ahead of Halloween, because it turns out people don't like the idea of someone dressing up as one of the worst serial killers of all time.
Well Capital Pizza in Lubbock should have taken their cues from eBay, because the joint has found themselves in a little bit of hot water with one of their latest offerings: The Jeffrey Dahmer Special.
Manager Kiefer Slusher-Davidson told TMZ an employee came up with the idea, in honor of Halloween and the popular Netflix series.
The pizza consists of ramen noodles, pepperoncini garnish, prop body parts and a LOT of fake blood. Though it isn't actually offered to customers and is just for display purposes only, many have complained that the pizza is in "poor taste."
Slusher-Davidson says the pizza has been on display for three weeks, and that despite the complaints, a lot of customers actually love it, and bring their kids to take pictures with it.
Slusher-Davidson says he plans to remove the Dahmer special after Halloween, and says it was all meant to be in good fun.
