Last night Lionel Messi had his first ever soccer match in North Texas where Inter Miami defeated FC Dallas in penalty kicks to advance to the next round of the MLS playoffs.
Messi wasn't the only soccer royal on hand to witness the event though, as the current president and co-owner of Inter Miami is David Beckham.
The hype surrounding these two legends coming to Frisco was extraordinary, and though the stakes of the match were high, that didn't stop Beckham from experiencing a major aspect of the Lone Star State for himself.
Before heading to Toyota Stadium, Beckham stopped by Blu's Barbeque for a proper Texas meal!
A meal fit for a king for sure!
Inter Miami's next opponent has yet to be determined, but we doubt Beckham will find a meal half as good anywhere else as he had here!
