Nowitzki said per ESPN, “My goal was to have a menu that reflected not only what I love to eat but also how I love to eat.

“Whether it's in training, with my family, or traveling the globe, I wanted my menu to reflect who I am so you can get to know me through this restaurant."

The menu will feature some classics from Nowitzki's home, including chicken schnitzel, bratwurst, and hamburgers, which he notes were invented in Germany.

He also highlighted some of his favorite menu items, including the chicken tikka masala which he called "complex and alluring,” and the Thai spicy beef, in which he said, "I love spicy foods -- nothing better than the excitement of Thai spices dancing on lean sliced beef."

Nowitzki will be opening in Terminal C next Summer, 2023.
