An Oregon man may have set the record for being the World's Drunkest Driver.

28-year-old Nathan Danzuka was recently arrested by the police with a blood alcohol level was 0.778, nearly TEN times the legal limit!

Danzuka was being pulled over for a hit-and-run, but took off when police officers approached the vehicle. He didn't make it very far however, crashing into a concrete barrier just half a mile down the road at which point the officers apprehended him.

According to The Smoking Gun, which covers a TON of drunk driving arrests, this is the drunkest driver they've ever seen.

Danzuka received 13 months in jail for this latest violation, and had his license suspended...for LIFE.

By the way, our blood alcohol level gets into the potentially fatal range at .40 and up!
