This past Sunday morning, police officers in Little Rock, Iowa were alerted to a Ford Explorer parked right in the middle of the road.
Upon arriving at the scene, police found 38-year-old Benjamin Gray passed out, slumped over in his seat with his pants down around his thighs. And he was intoxicated.
Gray's eyes were bloodshot and his speech was slurred, so officers placed him in their police cruiser and went to investigate the vehicle. While Gray was sitting in the car, he found himself an unopened can of Mountain Dew in the cup holder, and helped himself to it.
Well, the officers ended up finding a small amount of pot and a glass pipe in Gray's center console, so he's facing charges for drunk driving and drugs possession, when the officer found out he drank his Mountain Dew, he tacked on an additional charge of theft!
"Spirit Lake man already facing several charges received another after he started drinking a deputy's can of pop during his arrest." 👮♂️🚨 https://t.co/JBV4Ek3VOT (Really wish @Rushthewriter had written this story.)
