Believe it or not, you can actually get a DUI while operating a horse and carriage.

An Amish man in Ohio found that out the hard way after police stopped his horse and carriage while he was slumped over drunk in the front seat.

Ashtabula Sheriff's Deputy Mike Talbert can be heard saying in a video of the incident, "There is a Bud Light can sitting in there and he's passed clean out.  We got a drunk Amish guy passed out in a buggy."

The police initially responded to calls from people claiming the buggy "was all over the road" and after a short, slow-speed chase, blocked the buggy with their cars.

However, the buggy did not stop, and actually collided with the police cruisers, upon which the man, identified as Nathan Miller, was awaken, and issued a breathalyzer.

Miller registered a 0.63% according to Fox News, and was arrested and charged with operating a vehicle while under the influence.
