Elon Musk is ready for people to come back into the office.
On the heels of the revelation that Tesla will be cutting 10% of its workforce over fears of the economy, Musk announced that current employees will be required to work, at minimum, 40 hours at the office per week.
Per Business Insider, an email Musk recently sent out to his employees as leaked online, where it stated that those employees who do not show for the required 40 hours per week at the office, Tesla executives will "assume you have resigned."
Tesla has and will create and actually manufacture the most exciting and meaningful products of any company on Earth. This will not happen by phoning it in.#テレワーク#イノベーションhttps://t.co/mo48zL4vrC pic.twitter.com/gLB5yJY4y7

And while responding to someone on Twitter, Musk confirmed that those employees who do not wish to come back into the office "should pretend to work somewhere else."
This brings us to our Dr. Miles Intervention this morning.
How do you feel about Musk mandating this requirement for his employees, especially since plenty of us have grown accustomed to working from home the last couple of years?
If it's part of the job description, can anyone say there's anything wrong with his actions?
