Two of the stars of The Real Housewives of Potomac, Gizelle Bryant and Robyn Dixon, recently filed paperwork to trademark the term “Reasonably Shady.”

It’s the name of their podcast and they wish to use it going forward to further grow their brand.  However, they could soon be facing a legal battle, and their opponent…the REAL Slim Shady.

Per Page Six, Eminem, who holds trademarks for both “Shady” and “Slim Shady,” has moved to block Bryant and Dixon from trademarking “Reasonably Shady” as he believes it would create “unavoidable” confusion, leading consumers to believe the brand is “in some way connected or affiliated with” the Slim Shady empire.

Bryant and Dixon will defend the trademark application, with their legal team saying in a statement that “the trademarks are not confusingly similar,” and that “the services are not related.”

An attorney for Eminem declined to comment.
