Music tends to ebb and flow with our moods, but science has determined one song that stands above all others and can be listened to at any point during the day, if you are in any mood.

And it's played right here on KLUV!

The Royal Society has published a study that names "Every Breath You Take" the song that can be listened to at any time of day!

Per Inside Hook, people like slower songs in the morning and dance songs at night, though "Every Breath You Take" transcends the "five blocks" the day is divided into (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night, and Late Night / Early Morning) and can be listened to at any point in the day!

One of the researchers said, "It's a very in-the-middle type of song. It's a medium tempo. It's a bit groovy, but not too much groovy. It doesn't have any loud surprises. And it's all over just a very pleasant, perhaps even a bit bland song."
