27-year-old Robert Morss of Pennsylvania was recently arrested and charged with his role as a leader in the riots at the U.S. Capitol this past January.
While searching through his home, feds found a notebook titled "Step by Step To Create Hometown Militia," including the steps "Ambush," "Battle Drills" and "Formation," along with another item of interest.
A complete replica of the U.S. Capitol, made entirely out of Legos.
Morss was captured on camera several times during the events of January 6, and was reportedly involved in the attack on D.C. police officer Daniel Hodges, who was bloodied and crushed against a door, according to the NY Daily News.
The FBI seized both Morss' notebook, and his Legos.
