A Florida man was arrested after being involved in a scuffle with his roommate on whether or not the pair would watch the TV show Monk or cartoon.
58-year-old Glenn Hutchinson wanted to watch Monk, and his roommate 56-year-old, Edward Davis was more feeling the cartoons. The pair live in an assisted living facility in Clearwater, Florida.
Neither would budge on what to watch and the argument became so heated, Hutchinson whacked Davis over the head with his aluminum cane!
Hutchinson tried to tell the cops that Davis, who is in a wheelchair, instigated the fight by driving into his leg with his motorized scooter and that he used the cane only in self defense, but the police didn't buy it.
According to The Smoking Gun, Hutchinson was arrested and taken to the county jail where he is facing charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
Not sure if they have Monk in the joint!
