41-year-old Florida man Mark Fillyaw just loves to drive through up and down toll roads. Nothing wrong with that at all if you don't mind the bill, except Fillyaw drives them a very specific way: naked.
Reportedly, Fillyaw had done this at least SEVEN TIMES this month before he was finally caught this past weekend.
