It seems to be happening a lot lately. First, Mike Rhyner (The Ticket) then Dale Hansen (ABC), and this week we learned Tim Ryan will be retiring from the Fox 4 DFW anchor desk.
As the host of Good Day for over 30 years, many of us DFW natives grew up watching him. His sarcasm, quick wit, charm, and curmudgeonly personality made him a lovable TV host.
Surrounded by his fellow cast, he made the announcement on Tuesday. His last official day will be August 26th.
