Queen fans can own a little piece of Freddie Mercury, as the singer's "daring" leather hotpants will soon be available for auction.
And when we say "daring," we mean daring.
Mercury wore these shorts during an encore performance in Birmingham in 1980, and allegedly he wore them as a bid to "shock" the crowd, according to Music-News.com.
And at the time, we're sure they did just that because they are SHORT.
Jacky Gunn, the head of the Queen Fan Club, said of the shorts in Queen's official biography Queen: As it Began, "They didn't leave much to the imagination, but no one complained."
Omega Auction's Dan Hampson added, "They typify his daring look."
