Back in grade school the bullies used to take your milk money, these days the government is looking to take milk from everybody!

The Department of Agriculture is mulling the decision to remove chocolate, and other flavored milks, from public schools, as they contain a higher sugar amount than non-flavored milk.

Per the Wall Street Journal, those in favor of the ban say a ban on flavored milks say it could keep kids healthy, and lower the rate of childhood diabetes.

However, those opposed to the ban argue that flavored milk is still contains calcium, potassium, and vitamin D, and if the only option is regular milk, kids might not drink it at all.

A decision from the USDA is expected early next year, and would take effect for the 2025-26 school year.
