Jamal Hinton and Wanda Dench first met in 2015 when Dench accidentally texted Hinton inviting him over for Thanksgiving, believing she was texting his grandson.
Well the pair have gotten together every Thanksgiving since, and this year will make it six!
Hinton tweeted last Sunday their plans to continue the Thanksgiving traditions this year.
Unfortunately, last year was the first time the pair celebrated thanksgiving without Wanda's husband Lonnie, who passed away in April 2020 due to complications from COVID.
The two still managed to come together, though, having a socially distanced celebration in Wanda's front yard. She said at the time per ABC 15, "I can't even explain how much joy I had, having good food with my favorite company. We laughed, we had a great time, we reminisced about the past. It was so good for all of us."
