Move over, Chip and Joanna Gaines. A new north Texan is taking over the home renovation scene. Jenn Todryk from Allen hosts a show called No Demo Reno, and it's just been renewed for a second season.

The HGTV series debuted in March, 2021. According to Culture Map, they are currently seeking people who want to upgrade their house without knocking down walls, etc. Here are the specifics:

Producers are focusing on North Dallas, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Fairview, Prosper, Richardson, Frisco, and Lucas. Todryk's design is included, but to be considered, the property owner must have a budget between $10K-$20K for a small space or $50K-$100K for bigger projects.

You must be willing to vacate during the remodel which usually takes around 6-8 weeks. No word on who covers that charge. Interested parties can apply here.
