59-year-old Kevin Wayne VanLuven is a home inspector from Oxford Township, Michigan. Recently, Vanluven was inspecting for some potential buyers when the homeowner noticed something a little peculiar on her nanny cam.

The homeowner witnessed VanLuven..."violating" a Tickle Me Elmo doll, putting the doll back where he found it after he finished. Oakland County Sheriff Michael Bouchard said in a news release, "Just when I think I have seen it all, someone steps up and surprises me with a new level of disturbing actions."

When being question about the incident, VanLuven said he moved the doll to check an electrical outlet, but upon learning he was on video the entire time, "made incriminating statements and apologized," according to the Detroit Free Press.

VanLuven is now facing charges of aggravated indecent exposure, and malicious destruction of property. He is also not allowed to be alone in any home that isn't his, and he is require to undergo a mental health evaluation.
