Monday was an important day for 10-year-old DJ Daniel from Houston. The brave young man has been battling brain cancer, and he wanted to fulfill a goal to become an honorary officer for 100 different law enforcement agencies. Yesterday, he completed that mission.

His centuplicate organization was the Houston ISD. DJ and his father Theodis Daniel have made the rounds so the Officer DJ could meet the mark. Theodis is a single father of three sons, and he knows how special this experience has been for his child.

The father explained, "He has a lot of badges and honors, but one thing he might not have as much of is time. He knows the severity of his cancer, but he is not letting it set him back or anything." We salute you, Officer DJ!
