The images and videos of the California wildfires are just devastating.
Though it seems there isn't a whole lot we can do to help in the Lone Star State, the Humane Society of North Texas is looking for volunteers to foster animals displaced by the wildfires ravaging Los Angeles.
Adoptable dogs and cats are being flown in from Los Angeles in an effort to "free up critical space for families desperately searching for their beloved pets displaced by the devastating wildfires."
The Humane Society of North Texas is looking for volunteers to foster animals, volunteers to help prepare for the animals' arrival, and are asking for any dollar that can be spared to go towards their medical costs, care, food, and shelter.
Anyone who is available to foster is encouraged to reach out at foster@hsnt.org.
