Our Dr. Miles Intervention this morning involves codeword, and how a man is tired of it.
Well not necessarily tired of it, but of the routine he and his wife have been going through as of late.

Dear Dr. Miles,
I'm soooo tired of codeword! Ok, I'm not over it, just tired of the routine. Just a few months ago, my wife and I decided we would leave things up to the baby gods, meaning if it was meant for us to get pregnant, we'd get pregnant. Well, apparently, my wife has made it her personal mission to get knocked up. Without getting into too much detail, it's no longer fun. It's become a chore, just like doing the dishes every night. No one really wants to, but it must be done. How do we get back to normal? Or at the very least, how do I tell her I need a break or at the very least some romance?
So how can this guy get his relationship, and more specifically their "codeword" back to normal?
