Arizona Cardinals defensive lineman J.J. Watt shocked the NFL a few weeks ago when he announced that the 2022 NFL season would be his last.
After 12 seasons, Watt is considered one of the most dominant NFL players of all time, and one of the best defensive lineman to ever play the game, but even the GOATS get emotional every now and then.
During a meeting before the team's final game against the San Francisco 49ers, Watt was surprised with a farewell video, comprised of well-wishes from former teammates, his family, and even old opponents thanking him for his contribution to the game.
Watt was left in tears watching the video, and no doubt you will be as well.
Watt, a three-time Defensive Player of the Yea, wrapped up his NFL career against the 49ers with two sacks, three total tackles, and a pass breakup.
His next stop will surely be Canton, OH and the NFL Hall of Fame, where he will be first eligible for induction in 2027.
