After winning her kids in a custody battle with her now ex-husband, Kelly Clarkson has something else to celebrate as she just closed on a massive $5.445 million home in Los Angeles.
The Colonial-style home is in the Toluca Lake neighborhood of Los Angeles, and is just minutes from Universal Studios Hollywood. Perfect for the kiddos!
It also makes sense for Clarkson to start planting some roots in Los Angeles, as it was announced that she would be taking over the television slot previously occupied by Ellen DeGeneres, who will retire from daytime TV after the conclusion of Ellen's 19th season.
Per TMZ, Clarkson just unloaded her mansion in Tennessee for $6.3 million, after it had been on the market since 2017.
Her new home is 5,000-square-feet, has 5 bedrooms, 7 baths, and features a chef's kitchen, a rotunda-style breakfast nook, a fireplace, a swimming pool, spa, tennis court, and gazebo, along with a guesthouse.
