For those of us familiar with using a convenience store bathroom, you know that’s probably a place you don’t want to spend any more time than you have to.

However, a chain of convenience stores in Northern Kentucky is changing that perception and have gone viral for converting their bathrooms into dance clubs!

Patrons who enter the bathroom at six different HOP Shops across the state are greeted with a big, red button that says, “Do Not Push This Button.”  Posted near the button is an image of the store’s mascot winking, which means, “go ahead and push that button.”

When the button is pushed, it temporarily turns the bathroom into a full-on dance club, complete with music, flashing lights, and even a disco ball!

According to FOX 56, the idea was started in order to do something unique with the hopes that customers will be inspired to make a purchase in the store afterwards.
