Last September, singer Lewis Capaldi revealed that he had been diagnosed with Tourette's syndrome.

During a concert in Frankfurt earlier this week, Capaldi started experiencing Tourette's in the middle of his show, and was struggling to sing his No. 1 hit "Someone You Loved."

Well, Capaldi's fans picked up where Capaldi left off, and sand the Scottish singer's song for him.

Fans have been calling this moment "beautiful" and "truly heartwarming."

Per ABC, one person wrote on Twitter, "For someone who struggles with Tourette [syndrome], this means the world."

Another added, "The way his fans at his shows react if he's unable to finish a song is truly heart warming and gives me hope in this bleak world."
