While that might be a sentimental way to look at this situation, we don't think that's the case here, because Adam Smith is facing charges after he would make video calls to random strangers while completely nude.
The investigation began last February when investigators received three separate reports from victims who had received calls from a random man. All three victims told detectives that the man made "lewd" gestures into the camera.
After a short investigation, detectives found that the calls came from two numbers associated with the 35-year-old Florida man, and wouldn't you know it, but Smith already has a prior conviction on his record for indecent exposure in 2019.
Investigators were able to confirm his identity in this latest case by his tattoos.
According to WEAR-TV, Smith was arrested on three counts of indecent exposure, though he is currently out on bond.
