The "ten items or less" line at the grocery store is useful for everybody, as long as it's utilized properly.

Unfortunately, this man in Missouri decided to forgo the rules of the store and went to check out in the aisle with his cart having more than ten items.

He didn't take too kindly to a grocery store employee confronting him about the amount of items in his cart though, because after the employee approached him, the man held up his shirt brandishing the gun tucked in his waistband!

According to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the man in question Jessie Garrett said he did flash his gun at the employee, but only did so "playfully."

Apparently, Garrett also initially lied to the police about having a gun because he is a felon and cannot legally carry a gun.

He's facing at least two charges:  Unlawfully possessing a firearm, and unlawful use of a weapon, both of which are felonies.
