28-year-old Brandon Presha was already on probation for assault and battery, which means you'd think he'd be doing his best to live a life under the radar away from doing anything illicit that would garner attention from the authorities.
Well he absolutely did not do that.
Presha, who is from South Carolina, was recently arrested after tattooing a minor (illegal) inside of a McDonald's in the dining room area (also illegal). And he was caught because he had the bright idea to film it and post it up on social media!
According to WYFF, Presha is currently being held at Laurens County Detention Center until he can post bond. Illegally tattooing a minor will most definitely be a violation of his probation, so he's definitely looking at some jail time.
He was originally sentenced in December to to three years in jail for the assault and battery, but a judge suspended his sentence and gave him two years' probation.
