Last year, 34-year-old Clifford Torres-Maldonado of Bismarck, North Dakota was being pulled over when police found a small bag of meth in his car. Recently, Maldonado skipped a court appearance regarding that arrest, so a warrant was put out for his arrest.
Well, the police found him, and judging by Torres-Maldonado's wardrobe alone, his claims of innocence will be found on deaf ears, because while posing for his mugshot, the 34-year-old is wearing a shirt with a print of the Disney character Pinocchio posing next to the text "It wasn't me."
And of course, Pinnochio's nose is elongated, which we all means he is lying!
According to The Smoking Gun, Torres-Maldonado appears to have made bond, as his name does not appear on an active roster of inmates at the Burleigh County jail.
