A 65-year-old man in Vienna, Austria was in his apartment when he needed to use the bathroom, and proceeded to experience one of the most harrowing fears you didn't know you had until just now: he was bitten by a snake while sitting on the toilet.
And he was bit....down there.
Apparently, his 24-year-old neighbor has 11 pet snakes, and believes one happened to get loose, made its way through the pipes in the building, and wound up in the 65-year-old's toilet just as he was sitting down.
Thankfully the snake, later identified as an albino reticulated python, is not poisonous, according to The Guardian.
Thankfully, the victim was only treated for minor injuries. His neighbor may potentially face charges for negligence.
