Earlier this month, 36-year-old Matthew Robinson walked into a Dick's Sporting Goods store in Altoona, Pennsylvania and proceeded to walk out with $2,000 worth of clothes and shoes that he did not pay for.

It seems he was well on his way to making a clean getaway, until he decided all of a sudden that he did not want one of the items he stole. So, he walked right back into the store to return it.

Well when he walked back in, employees accused him of stealing and he took off. Altoona police were able to track Robinson down using surveillance footage and his license plate and placed him under arrest.

According to WTAJ, Robinson is now facing charges for retail theft and receiving stolen property.
