Bridal parties are always on the lookout for wedding crashers on a couple's big day. This is a new one, though: How about a wedding destroyer?
There is a guy in Spain who is making his living charging $550 to be a "professional wedding destroyer."
Ernesto Reinares Varea says his career started out as a joke, but it became a viable business for brides who actually get cold feet on their big day.
He charges about 500 euros ($550) and waits for the wedding officiant to ask if anyone objects to the nuptials. That's when he springs into action.
According to the NY Post, Varea 'sad says, "If you have doubts or don't want to get married and don't know how to refuse, don't worry anymore. I'll object to your wedding. You just need to tell me the time, place, and date."
As you can imagine, Varea says sometimes his interruptions don't really go well, so he charges an additional $50 fee for every time he gets slapped.
