21-year-old Richard Lee Ortecho was pulled over this past Saturday for driving 120 miles-per-hour down a Vero Beach, Florida interstate. He almost collided with other cars, and didn't immediately pull over after police officers signaled for him to do so.

After he finally pulled over, and police approached the vehicle, Ortecho gave the officers two excuses for why he was driving so fast. First, he said he had no idea driving reckless was illegal. Second, he said he was only going 120 miles-per-hour because a rap song called "A Ciento Veinte." Ortecho said, according to The Smoking Gun, "ciento veinte means 120, so I was driving 120."

The police didn't buy Ortecho's excuses, and he was arrested for fleeing, reckless driving, and marijuana possession.
