A 39-year-old Florida man was arrested this past Sunday for DUI, but probably not in the way that you're thinking.
Police say the man was driving through a motorized scooter trough a Walmart, and ended up crashing into some shelves and nearly crashing into other customers.
According to Click Orlando, the police noted the man had "glassy eyes" and smelled of alcohol. His backpack was open in the basket, and police could see an open bottle of Smirnoff vodka.
The man unresponsive when he was asked to show his ID, and had to be taken to a patrol vehicle on a stretcher.
He also refused a breath test when he was taken into custody.
He was booked into the Brevard County Jail on charges of DUI, refusal with prior citation, disorderly intoxication and possession of an open container.
