34-year-old Estevan Gonzalez of Albuquerque, New Mexico ordered some food from his local McDonald's and they forgot to give him one of his burgers.

Hey, it happens all the time. Go through the drive-thru again, and they'll be happy to give you one. Problem solved, right?

Well for whatever reason, Gonzalez did not decide to take that route to solve this dilemma, and instead decided to pull a gun on the employee working the McDonald's drive-thru!

The employee called the police, which led to Gonzalez getting into a chase with the authorities and a POLICE HELICOPTER! All because of a missing hamburger!

Nobody was hurt at the fast food restaurant.

Gonzalez was eventually caught, allegedly telling police "he was only trying to get a hamburger." He has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
