A 35-year-old man in Vietnam went to a doctor with complaints that he's had a headache for five years.
After several tests, doctors determined the cause of the man's pain: a pair of chopsticks that were lodged into his brain.
Yup, that'll do it.
According to the NY Post, the man had been in a bar fight five months ago where the chopsticks most likely were jammed up his nose, he just didn't remember.
The man had surgery over the weekend to remove both chopsticks, and he reportedly was last still in the hospital, but in stable condition.
