Here's a piece of free advice: If you're going to sell something online, you might want to check to see if there's anything illicit in the picture you post.
Now we've seen plenty of people accidentally post reflections of their naked selves in these pictures and while embarrassing, those don't have any criminal implications.
Unfortunately that is not the case for 38-year-old James Kertz in Missouri, who was trying to sell a catalytic converter on Facebook Marketplace last week.
He posted a picture of the catalytic converter, but forgot to remove the GIGANTIC bag of meth from the background. Someone on Facebook notified the police, and after a seize of Kertz's apartment, found along with the meth, syringes, and a .38 caliber pistol.
Because of previous felony convictions, Kertz is not allowed to have firearms.
According to FOX 8, Kertz told the cops he didn't realize the meth and syringe made the shot. He is facing charges of drug trafficking and unlawful possession of a weapon.
