A police officer in Monroe, Louisiana clocked a man doing 60 mph in a 25 mile-per-hour zone so he turned on his flashers and attempted to pull him over.

But because this is Fired from America, he refused to pull over.

The officer followed the man, later identified as 37-year-old Allen Seaberry, all the way to his home, where he finally emerged from his vehicle holding a half-eaten hamburger.

Seaberry then proceeded to tell the cop that the reason he didn't stop sooner was because he had just purchased the hamburger, and he wanted to finish it!

Seaberry also allegedly told the police he couldn't stop if he wanted to because his brakes were out.

He's facing multiple charges including fleeing police, and driving without a license OR insurance, and it turns out he hadn't shown up in court for a recent battery case
